Cozy inn atmosphere

Upon arrival, I noticed some grit on the floors that came up dirty with a damp towel, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, pricing goes up during holiday weekends, feeling a bit steep for just needing a place to sleep. While the room looked decent at first glance, it’s unfortunate that the cleaning needs a sharper eye to detail. Also, having to exit promptly during the morning without any grace period dampened the stay slightly.

Great air conditioning and comfy beds, but Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay.

This was just an appropriate option for a couple of nights in Sneads Ferry with fantastic value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and offered coffee and snacks whenever needed. Make sure to check out the goodies in the office for a quick bite.

The room looked clean and neat upon arrival, but I found an empty bag of chips and a soda cup behind the nightstand. The daily cleaning service was decent. the room appeared vacuumed and towels were stocked, but beds didn’t seem fully made. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the beach and close to local dining options. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and bottled water provided. The kitchenette was useful, even though I had to buy some additional plates and utensils. The pool area looked well-kept, but I noted it wasn't very clean towards the deeper end. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would return again despite the minor issues.

The King Room was cute and comfy. Super clean and had a nice kitchenette, but no plates or utensils, so keep that in mind. The beds were really cozy, which I loved. They had snacks and drinks available, which was a nice touch. Only downside was some basic kitchen stuff missing, but overall a solid stay.

Had a blast with the kids at the playground! The location was perfect, only a short drive to the beach.

Felt truly spoiled, no complaints.

Charming inn with spacious rooms.

Topsail Shores Inn is charming with its clean, brightly-colored rooms and lovely wooden floors. The kitchenette with a microwave and fridge was so convenient for my morning coffee and snacks. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating.

Mattress comfort could be improved for seniors.

The cleanest room I've encountered, with a pleasant light scent upon entry, made the stay enjoyable. The soft beds ensured a restful night, complemented by new appliances and a huge TV for entertainment. The pet-friendly room switch at the last minute was a lifesaver, adding convenience. Homemade desserts were a delightful touch, enhancing the experience and perfect for a late-night snack.

Everything about this little Inn was great. The room was extremely clean and had a kitchenette, perfect for making late-night snacks after a long day. The bed was so comfortable that I just sank into it and forgot my worries, felt like home.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
